LGB arrived in the UK in 1961 with its pioneering tower crane technology which became an immediate success on these shores. Today, the company is an acknowledged industry pacesetter distributing a portfolio of construction and associated equipment as well as refrigeration products.
Liebherr Construction Equipment Ireland
Based in Rathcoole, near Dublin, Liebherr Construction Equipment Ireland was founded in 2008, the company is responsible for the sales and service of Liebherr construction machines in Ireland.
The Liebherr Group
The Liebherr Group was founded in 1949 when Hans Liebherr and a team of engineers and tradesmen invented the first mobile tower crane, the TK 10. It marked the beginning of an equipment manufacturer which today remains a family-run business with companies spread across all continents. It employs over 53,500 people with a single aim: the design and manufacture of a diverse collection of high-quality products.

Liebherr Rental
Liebherr Rental, part of the Liebherr Group, supplies short and long-term, self-drive hire of Liebherr earthmoving and material handling machinery to mainland UK. Its fleet of new, low-hour equipment includes dozers, material handlers, tracked excavators, ADTs, wheel loaders and telehandlers.
