Roles in the business
The business is divided into a number of product divisions, each populated by teams of employees charged with meeting the targets of their respective departments and ultimately, the over-arching goals of the Group. The divisions are supported by centralised functions including but not limited to IT, HR, Finance and Marketing.

Administration
Behind the scenes, a large team of administrators helps ensure the business runs smoothly, supporting customers and employees alike.
SALES
A pivotal part of Liebherr’s relationships with customers, our sales representatives are responsible for driving revenue growth UK-wide.
WORKSHOP EngineerS
Reporting to our workshops in Biggleswade in Bedfordshire, Wigan in the northwest of England and Bathgate in Scotland, these professionals maintain and repair customers’ machines to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
HR
At the heart of the business, the Human Resources department is a vital component of Liebherr, responsible for managing its most important asset: our people.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
This division has comprehensive knowledge of all our machines and provides the field service engineers with the information they need to get repairs done efficiently.
Field service engineers
Working from one of our nine depots across the UK and Ireland, field engineers report to our customers’ premises or sites to carry out effective maintenance and repair equipment.
IT
Charged with managing the technology infrastructure in a business environment, faced with constant change and updates, ‘the IT crowd’ ensures employees can go about their day without disruption.
FINANCE
A critical component of Liebherr, this team is on the money, managing the company’s financial activities and resources to ensure our fiscal health and stability.
YARD OPERATOR
Responsible for the safe handling of plant equipment and machinery with central yard operations of the depot, while maintaining the yard’s cleanliness and security.
